  • "BMW" dealer and service
    A complete design of an Auto centre with a showroom and storage premises for Bova Car EOOD, the official representative of BMW for Burgas. According to an effective Detailed development plan and the Regulation and construction plan, a building with a height of cornice up to 21.00 m is planned in the property, assigned for a car centre with a showroom and storage premises. The building consists of an underground part and two overground floors, with a total built-up area of 4,300 sq.m. The architectural design was based on the latest trends in BMW's corporate design, each detail in compliance with the specific requirements of the company. The building consists of an underground part with car storage premises and a car wash, 1st floor with a commercial hall, service premises, storage rooms and others, and 2nd floor, where offices are located. The architectural design and the designs on all engineering parts were prepared and approved at the beginning of 2014, after which a building permit was issued, and the building was commissioned in the autumn of 2015.
  • The 'AVENUE' business hotel
    A conference and business centre with a hotel and underground garage on Transportna Blvd, Burgas. The category III building, according to Ordinance No. 1 for the types of construction, is located between the 'Avenue' Hotel and the 'Technopolis' hypermarket and its total built-up area of over 10,000 sq.m. consists of three parts: A, B and C, divided structurally with deformation joints. It is a detached building, with roof-base elevation 21.00 m. Part A is mostly for the hotel part, with 40 rooms, 4 of which are designed for people with disabilities, and 17 flats. There is also a gym, a spa centre, a restaurant and a bank office. Part B is entirely office and retail space, and there are three conference halls with 46-48 seats. Part C is an underground car park below the level of the courtyard. There are 102 parking spaces in total in the regulated land plot, 4 of which are accessible for people with disabilities. We developed all parts of the project and we coordinated them with the relevant companies and institutions: EVN (the electricity provider), Water and Sewerage, the regional Environment and Water Inspectorate, the regional Fire Safety and Protection of the Population directorate and others. We expect the construction of the site to begin in the autumn of 2017 and to last for about 12-18 months.

  • "La Mar"
    Complete design of an aparthotel with an underground car park in Sarafovo residential district, Burgas, with a total built-up area of over 4,300 sq.m. The four-storey Mediterranean-style building consists of two-and three-bedroom flats of various layouts. The premises on the ground floor have an adjoining courtyard, separated by an openwork fence from the common space. The panoramic view to the bay and the seasonal use of the building were taken into account. In the courtyard, there are two swimming pools; one large and the other for children. There is also a children's playground, as well as tents with tables for the 'La Mar' Restaurant, which is located in the same property. It is a beamless construction. All the requirements of the normative regulations for the building of aparthotels have been fulfilled: accessible environment, fire regulations etc. Parking is fully secured on the underground level, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2. The designs were submitted to the Investor in June 2018, and construction is expected to begin in the winter of 2018.
  • LukOIL- T. Aleksandrov
    Amendments to the Detailed development plan, the Regulation and construction plan, and the Technical Investment Plan in all parts of the following site: 'Lukoil Petrol and Gas Station, Auto Service and MOT Centre’ on Todor Aleksandrov Blvd, Land property No. 07079.659.432, Pobeda Residential district, Burgas. A commercial building is located in the property, according to the requirements of LUKOIL's corporate design, as well as 12 petrol pumps placed under a hood. An existing building has been transformed into an auto-service centre, with an additional external construction for an MOT centre. The site was commissioned in 2017.
  • "Eltrak", dealer and service
    A showroom and service centre of ELTRAK-Bulgaria. A complete design in 2015. The building has a total built-up area of 1,176 sq.m., consisting of a commercial hall, offices, storage premises, a service area, a car wash and technical premises. The construction is of reinforced concrete and the outer walls are clad with aluminium panels with thermal insulation and structural glazing. The construction will begin in the autumn of 2017 and the building will be commissioned in 2018.

    Конкурсно предложение за участие в ОП за изграждане на нова съдебна сграда на нуждите на Административен съд и районна и окръжна прокуратури, в гр. Пазарджик. Изработен е идеен архитектурен проект с визуализация, като са съобразени изискванията на Възложителя, съгласно документацията за обществената поръчка. Сградата е с площ от 2335 кв.м., от които 1800 кв.м. надземно строителство и 535 кв.м. сутерен - подземен паркинг.

Fully designed to make the office a second home for you; to make you feel like playing a game of chess or reading a couple of pages of a favourite book while taking a break.
  • GTP "EMI"
    Complete design of a car center for annual technical inspections, an automobile repair shop and an extension of an auto parts store to an existing auto repair shop in RPL /Regulated plot of land/ IX-17, section 3, North Industrial Zone, city of Burgas. The project envisages the construction of three new sites in the regulated plot of land with a total built-up floor area of about 920 sq.m. Projects have been prepared in all parts - Architectural, Building Structures, Power Supply and Electrical Equipment, Water Supply and Sewerage, Energy Efficiency, HVAC, Safety and Health Plan, Fire Safety, Geology, Geodesy, Construction Waste Management Plan, which were submitted to the investor at the end of July 2019.

  • "Motor Vision"
    Architectural design and designs of all engineering parts, including document coordination, 2011. The site was commissioned in 2012. There are photos of the already-completed building, which consists of service bays, a car wash, an office, a café and an MOT centre.
  • "Аvenue Park"
    Complete design of Avenue Park, a closed type complex, including a hotel, a spa centre, one outdoor and one indoor swimming pool, and residential flats, together with a number of service premises: an underground car park, a car wash, some shops, gyms, tennis courts, a restaurant, a bank office etc. Our aim was to create modern vision, in line with the latest residential needs. The total built-up area is 20,000 sq.m. An existing high-voltage power line visually divides the property into two construction work areas: According to our design, the part facing the street will consist of a hotel with a restaurant and an outdoor swimming pool, and the internal part - a residential complex with a green area. Both structures are L-shaped for better protection against the north-east winds, which are very common for this part of the country. In the protected part of the hotel and the restaurant, there is an outdoor swimming pool with chaise longueurs and romantic open tents, while in the interior of the aparthotel, there is a picturesque green space with plenty of trees hiding various cosy spots for relaxation and sport. The design provides a composition of two buildings with clean, compact and synchronized shapes, with minimalistic details. The façade and colour design of the building emphasizes their tectonics. The white and anthracite grey harmonize beautifully with the glass and wood. We sought a calm silhouette, clean volumes and stylistic matching of the two constructions. At level -1 (underground level), there is a spa centre, an indoor swimming pool, a children’s pool, a steam room, an aroma steam room, aroma sauna, Finnish sauna, a spa capsule, an ofuro bath, a relaxation room for procedures with salts, and a salt sauna. We have also provided some VIP rooms and a room for lye procedures. The reception area of the hotel will consist of a receptionist's desk, two offices, a lobby, a bank office, toilet facilities incl. disabled WC, and other service premises. There is also an internal connection to the restaurant on the ground floor. There will be 48 single rooms and flats altogether in the hotel, and 78 flats in the aparthotel, all of various layouts. The two-level 'penthouse-type' flats are part of the aparthotel and are located on the ground floor, with adjoining gardens, separated by hedges from the internal park of the complex. The underground car park will consist of 125 parking spaces. All evacuation and fire access requirements have been complied with. It is a cast-in-situ structure with a beam-free skeleton and brick non-supporting walls. A 10 cm outside insulation system is provided - EPS, outdoor plaster, stone and HPL. The exterior and interior partition walls are made of 25 or 12 cm thick Wienerberger bricks masonry, respectively. The building complies with all energy efficiency requirements. The design and architecture parts were concluded in November 2017. The work on the engineering parts is still in progress. We expect the construction work to begin in late 2018.
