Complete design of a residential building with a service ground floor and additional development in Bratya Miladinovi Residential district, Burgas.

The building consists of an underground floor, a ground floor and six residential floors. The total built-up area is over 1,600 sq.m. The flats vary - studios, two- and three-room flats. All requirements for accessibility have been met and the necessary parking spaces have been provided within the property.

The designs were submitted to the Investor in the summer of 2015. The building was built and commissioned in 2017.
