Complete design of a residential building on 7 Pop Gruyu St., Burgas.

The building consists of an underground part and five overground floors, with a total built-up area of 1,500 sq.m. On the ground floor, there are two offices, a platform for car access to the underground level and an entrance hall with a staircase cell and a lift for the residential part. The residential floors are designed with one- or two-bedroom flats of varied areas. Parking is provided entirely within the Regulated land plot.

The designs were submitted to the Investor in the spring of 2015, and the building was commissioned in early 2017.
