Architecture and overall design of a residential building in section 143, Meden Rudnik residential complex, city of Burgas - third stage, sections C /Bulgarian letter B/ and D /Bulgarian letter Г/.

The building is part of a phased construction in a plot of land of over 7 decares area. The total built-up floor area of ​​sections C and D, which will be built as the third stage of construction, is about 3100 sq.m.

In the basement and on the ground floor, parking spaces have been envisaged. On the residential floors there are located various one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

The projects were submitted to the investor in the autumn of 2019, as construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2020 and to be completed by the end of 2021.
