"Bayview suites"

A complete design, architectural and all the engineering parts, of two residential buildings in the Sarafovo area, Burgas. The properties are located in the Жм (from Bulgarian: for residential needs) zone, with admissible Intensity of construction coefficient up to 1.2 and height up to 10.00 m. The total built-up area of each building is about 1,520 sq.m. The residential floors (first, second and terrace-shaped) are designed for two and three-room flats. The flats on the welcoming ground level parts have adjacent green areas, and where this is not suitable, there are garages. All regulatory requirements have been met, including those for accessible environment for people with disabilities, and vehicle access and parking spaces are provided within the properties. The exterior is designed in Mediterranean style, according to the investors' wishes, to match the style of the Burgas beach resort, another closed complex owned by them and situated nearby. All projects were submitted in November 2017, and construction work is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2018.
