Complete design of a residential building with a Chemist's and a restaurant in: Bratya Miladinovi Residential district, sq. 25, Burgas. The building consists of an underground part, which provides 19 parking spaces, a ground floor with a Chemist's and a restaurant, and 9 floors with various residential premises: two- three- or four-rooms flats. The total built-up area is 3,000 sq.m. All projects were developed and approved by the Burgas Municipality, EVN (electricity provider), Water and Sewerage company, and other institutions. A building permit was issued at the end of 2016. The building is currently being constructed and will be commissioned in 2018.
