"La Mar"

Complete design of an aparthotel with an underground car park in Sarafovo residential district, Burgas, with a total built-up area of over 4,300 sq.m.

The four-storey Mediterranean-style building consists of two-and three-bedroom flats of various layouts. The premises on the ground floor have an adjoining courtyard, separated by an openwork fence from the common space. The panoramic view to the bay and the seasonal use of the building were taken into account. In the courtyard, there are two swimming pools; one large and the other for children. There is also a children's playground, as well as tents with tables for the 'La Mar' Restaurant, which is located in the same property.

It is a beamless construction. All the requirements of the normative regulations for the building of aparthotels have been fulfilled: accessible environment, fire regulations etc. Parking is fully secured on the underground level, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2.

The designs were submitted to the Investor in June 2018, and construction is expected to begin in the winter of 2018.
