A guest house in the village of Veselie, Primorsko Municipality. Complete design, 2016.
The main building consists of one underground and four overground floors. The underground area is a relaxation zone with a Russian bath, a wine cellar and a restaurant. On the ground floor, there is a lobby with a cloakroom, a lounge with a reception desk, a dining room with a kitchenette, a WC, and a covered veranda. There are three en-suite rooms with balconies on each of the next two floors, and in the attic space - a common room, a room for clean linen, one for dirty linen, and a laundry room. There are two additional buildings in the property: a workshop and a summer kitchen.
